Privacy policy

How Minora Jewels Pte Ltd handles your personal data, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). Last updated 29 September 2026.

Who we are

Minora Jewels Pte Ltd (UEN 199607788K) runs the Minora Jewels showroom at 142 Dunlop Street, Singapore 209460, this website, our affiliate programme at affiliate.minorajewels.com and our voucher pages.

What we collect

  • When you join our list: your name, email address and mobile number, the channels you agreed to (email, SMS, WhatsApp), the topics you chose, and the wording and time of your consent.
  • When you claim a referral voucher: your first name, email address, mobile and WhatsApp numbers, and whether you agreed to marketing messages.
  • When you apply as an affiliate: your name, email address, social handle and the records of the sales and commissions linked to you.
  • When you use this website: standard technical data such as your IP address, used in a hashed form to prevent abuse of our forms. We also count visits, and taps on buttons such as Call, WhatsApp and Directions, with Vercel Web Analytics. It sets no tracking cookies and keeps only anonymous, combined figures, such as the page visited, the site that referred you, your country and your type of device. It never records your name or contact details.

How we use it

  • To send you news, offers and gold rate updates through the channels you chose.
  • To issue, deliver and redeem vouchers, and to pay affiliates their commission.
  • To answer your questions and keep records we are required to keep by law.

We do not sell your personal data. Affiliates only ever see masked customer details.

Marketing messages

We only send marketing by email, SMS or WhatsApp if you have agreed to that channel. You can withdraw at any time by replying STOP, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or telling us in the showroom or by phone. Withdrawing does not affect vouchers you already hold.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run our systems: our database and sign-in provider (Supabase), our website host (Vercel) and our email delivery provider (Resend). They process data for us under contract and may store it outside Singapore, with protection comparable to the PDPA.

How long we keep it

Marketing details are kept until you withdraw consent, or for up to two years after we last hear from you. Sales, voucher and commission records are kept as long as the law requires for business and tax records.

Your rights

You may ask to see or correct the personal data we hold about you, or ask how it has been used in the past year. We will reply within 30 days.
